What happens when Biden stacks the court. Or worse someone takes out one or more justices and Biden gets to pick new ones.
Doesn’t the Senate decided the number on the SCOTUS? Yes, and they don’t have the numbers for getting any additional ones right now How many senate seats are up for election this fall. Yup don’t know but Biden’s speech all but said it’s on, no holds barred. On the Senate side 33 or 34 (depending which cycle) , in the house all of them. I'd say if they're gonna try , they better get with it . It will bury them. In the Senate I assume the filibuster would come into play , if that's the case it's DOA.
