The true mark of a man is not how he conducts himself during times of prosperity, but how he conducts himself during times of adversity.

TDD- fried oysters are one of my favorites. Do you have a dedicated fryer, or just do it on the stove top?

I just used a fry daddy for these but I've also got a pot and burner setup if cooking for more people. But really nothing special about the fry setup. 350-375 degree oil. Can definitely stove top it. The main thing for oysters to me is using corn flour. About a 60/40 corn flour to corn meal ratio. My cornmeal portion is usually just a fish fry of some type. Zatarains crispy southern our Louisiana crispy usually.

Can all be adjusted to taste. Especially cayenne and hot sauce Thanks Similar to what my wife whips up best I can tell. It’s different than Ty time but one things she always puts in it is capers. Thanks for the recipe because she won’t tell me. I have some gator nuggets I’ve been considering making a PoBo with but I’m craving oysters bad right now. The nuggets may stay frozen a little longer.
