I dont see why you couldnt, in todays whacky legal environment. Depp got 18 mil cause his crazy ex talked bad about him. Fox has an article running right now about a 15 yr old that shot up a car, at school, in the school parking lot with other kids around, yesterday afternoon while trying to kill two other little thuglets (right after the Uvalde mass shooting) and the judge in Wash state just let the kid out on a $250 cash bond.
Manager taking a bite out of your burger has got to be worth at least a couple mil.

Heck no I didn’t know her. When I ordered the first time she was bad mouthing mechanics to her employees about how they talk bad to their customers. She proceeded to give someone a chewing. I ask the lady at the register if she had been a mechanic before the manager. Went up the road, when I opened my burger there it was, cheese was melted over the bite. I whipped her around pulled up in the door like I lived there. She knew something was up when she seen the yota squeal in. She was out front smoking a Newport. I told her I needed to speak with the beep beep that I paid to eat my burger…she said oh no that was mine I was eating on break and they stole it. When she told me that I lost it. Prolly handled it like Fred, I apologize Lord I wasn’t being very Christian like. Said she was gonna give me my money back and a meal. Done with em I guess
