Cool! It was bout 20 years ago when we rode it. Saw some Rocky Mt. Big Horn and other critters . 7X57 should check it out.
Did you see the purple ring tailed whistling marmots (or whatever they are called)? Those things were every where. Here's a gallery of images along the cog rail:
Pictures Yep, I guess if you're talking bout those high altitude Prairie Dog looking critters. Little fellers are plentiful up there. Glad they are running the Cog Train again. If I'm ever out there again , I'll ride it again.
