Guys, the fellas that have been deer hunting this lease decided not to retain the deer rights. It is 597 acres on Coal Fire creek off of HWY 14 in Pickens County. This is a prime piece of property. They have been very selective in what they have taken and typically only took 1 - 2 mature bucks off the place every yr. It is a mix of hills and bottomland. Mature timber in the bottom and planted pines in the hills with hardwood SMZ's and thick cutover. I do have a few pics I can text if you are truly interested. There is a camp area, but there is no water or power (only down fall). There is a skinning shed already in place. The price is 6550.00 this does not include planting. Once again this is for deer only. I would try to keep it 5 people or less. PM if you are serious and I will get back with ya as soon as I can.
