Best movie I've seen in years...Have to go see in theaters because it's one of the few that is worth going to see

Wife and I went Monday afternoon. This is a must see "in the theater" kind of movie!

Finally got to see it last night and it was fantastic. It actually exceeded my expectations, and I had REALLY high expectations for it to begin with.
We’ll be going back and taking GomerJr with us the 2nd time around

The thing I hate about most movies today is the unneeded profanity, nudity and sex scenes that hollywood always puts in that add nothing to the movie. Makes it so I don't want to take my daughters to see them. This one had none of that AND no political or woke or gay crap statements. Just entertainment that was somewhat believable.

The thing I hate about most movies today is the unneeded profanity, nudity and sex scenes that hollywood always puts in that add nothing to the movie. Makes it so I don't want to take my daughters to see them. This one had none of that AND no political or woke or gay crap statements. Just entertainment that was somewhat believable. Correct. I feel comfortable taking my almost-11yr old son to see it. Only 1 f-bomb and, frankly, it was used in a way that “fit”, not just gratuitously.

Just took my family - we really enjoyed the movie - that’s about all I remember- 1 f-bomb - May hav been only cuss word - way less profanity than normal which was refreshing
One of beetr movies I been to

I thought it was good. I told my son that's what movies were like in the 80s.  There is a particular way to tell an impactful story. There has to be something to accomplish, someone to help them, and a risk in trying to accomplish it. There are some other things too, this one hit them all.

Took the wife Thursday night. Best movie I've seen in a long time. It followed the original story line well, as mentioned it wasn't full of stuff you wouldn't carry a kid to, and I got points even though I liked it very well myself. 👍🏻😁🇺🇸

Made my crew watch the original at our house Friday night, then me and the wife watched the new one at IMAX last night. Great movie, but I couldn’t stop noticing how much different his teeth looked between the 36 year gap
