It appears we lost a brother. I've been talking, texting messaging Derek for alot of years now and last week he no longer responded and phone wasn't even ringing. I didn't have another way to contact or mutual friends. I finally got ahold of his sister and she said he passed 5/3/22. Feel like it's left a hole in me. I don't know how or what happened but feel like I he musta been going thru something that I didn't know of and wished I coulda helped. We are still at a loss, friends for 24 years. We talked and texted most days. I just dont get I'm very sorry and wish I could've been there for ya'll. I appreciate the kind words.
