I’ve got one of these stencils and they’re great. Someone asked me about it the other day so I thought I would pass it along to y’all as well.

Somebody, somewhere has an ‘83 Yota sitting on 33’s with this stencil kit painted on every body panel (in RhinoLiner of course), and I wanna drink a beer with that guy before I die.

beers

That was the first camo I had after army surplus.I’m guessing 1985? And an 83 yoto was a bad machine.

Hell I still wear TreeBark - and the OG gray Realtree. Yea, I can still wear the same clothes I wore 30 years ago. We would buy everything 1 size too big so we could wear layers underneath. With better base layers like we have today I still wear all my old stuff it's good as gold.

treebark was one of the best patterns ever. Anybody remember the timber ghost pattern ? It was a good one too.

I saw this gun on a forum that was painted with this stencil. I don’t like the tan, and would’ve used a darker tan or brown, but it’ll give you an idea anyway.

That shotgun is in Treebark's Cornfield Pattern that was a factory pattern.

You don't mess with a man sporting TimberGhost and a 7400 that's the makings of a deer killer.

It's kind of interesting because they had a TreeBark green leaf and Realtree Brown... that sort of set the stage for the eternal camo pattern changeup that was prevalent for over 2 decades and still going for some respect. About the year 2000 they would come out with a new pattern every year or 2 max and sell more clothes to the fashion show crowd.

Idk, the guy said he painted it. Referenced these stencils, paint used, etc. could’ve been making it up, who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just to give an idea of some of the other patterns they had. They actually did a lot of variations of the original pattern before they started adding leaves and mess on top of the base. This is where it all began. Before this there was nothing much out there other than surplus military clothes. Prior to this your rain coat... that was a USGI Poncho.

What is the second and third one called Goatkiller? The second design is what I’m going to aim for when using the stencil.

I believe that piece in the top right is the original Tree Bark.
