Serious question, why does the "leak" matter? Leaks do NOT happen from the SCOTUS. This leak was done to influence the decision of the court. That a leak occurred is bad news, but IF this decision is real it is a great day for America.

I read the opinion as being very rational. Nothing in the constitution guarantees the right to abortion or prohibits it. Let the states decide.

This is best news possible if its a fact . Shouldn t give rights to states either . Should be banned nation wide. I personally don t have a problem with abortion if mother or child life on the line. Should be between mother an dr at that point. Don t ever think the timing of this leaked news not plannned. The evil has corrupted all the way to the supreme court now. That’s last line of defense we got now it contaminated. Unbelievable what the controlling powers in this country will do to stay in power. Im sure they hoping for unrest an riots now to maybe persuade one or two justices to change there mind. Especially since bout election time an all polls show they getting screwed so bad. It's all about midterms. Gotta get the liberals out voting. Or the Democrats may find a way to get 60 votes out of the Senate (very low probability) and Congress will make it legal. They know they are toast after the mid term elections. Uncle Bernie says they only need 50 if they can come to terms and bypass the filibuster. Which I see they have a better chance of doing.
