I'm surprised Dave doesn't get bashed more on here considering he kills a few dozen gobblers a year on public land and profits indirectly from it.

Only two reservations in ND with turkey hunting. Standing Rock and Fort Berthold. Standing Rock is a good place. In both SD and ND and all you do is buy the reservation tags. You dont even need a state license. Used to be over 1.2 million of acres of land and I saw a lot of turkeys on some of it. I was Mulie hunting not turkey hunting but there were some good pockets for sure. Especially a long the river where the cottonwoods and ag fields are.

But theys just trying to create awareness, do it the right way, and help others kill some birds along the way.
One bird limit in a state. Ok, cool - they go to the next one. Everybody can do that for 3 months, right?

I wonder if he still works outside of hunting business or is solely making a living now off it now.

I wonder if he still works outside of hunting business or is solely making a living now off it now. Soley making a living off it. I normally refuse to give him a view, but when someone insists I will. So today I watched his latest video. They are in Nevada and almost the entire time he's complaining about the hunting pressure and the hunting. The only reason Nevada is a destination is because of YouTube and social media creating the chasing 49 craze. Kinda ironic, eh?

I wonder if he still works outside of hunting business or is solely making a living now off it now. Solely making a living off turkeys. I heard a podcast recently where he made the comment about his job being to kill turkeys. He’s a great hunter, I’ll give him that. But what he’s doing, is one of the most selfish and destructive actions he could ever do to a resource. Dave is concerned about Dave. All this bullshit he touts as “giving back” is purely about putting money in his pocket. Think about it. “Buy my merch and a percentage goes to (insert organization)…” Dave’s sales are bumped because of this but in the grand scheme any money he donates is pennies compared to what it takes to actually make a financial impact. And the cycle continues.

I heard through via a friend about how big of a prick Dave was to the other Nevada hunters last year. I bet he doesn’t show that part. Never trust a midget.

I’ve met him in person and is 100% an arrogant prick. He definitely doesn’t portray his true colors on YouTube.
