How can Ukraine sink such a sophisticated ship as this? Is it possible it wasnt Ukraine or at least not Ukraine alone? I cant help but believe there is a undertow of help from the West. More than just sending Javelins, Stingers, ex. To sink that ship took a lot more planing and technical know how than just a bunch of untrained warriors fighting for their country. I wouldnt be surprised if the US had some type of clandestine or undercover CIA operation deeper than anyone thinks helping the Ukrainian cause. I understand the reports of no moral, no fuel and supply line issues with the Russian Military but this thing has gone on a lot longer than anybody thought Ukraine could do alone.

I agree. Cant remember which country, but someone sent UA some Neptune ASM (anti-ship missiles). Supposedly, there was a storm in the black sea. A couple of Bayraktar TB2 UAV's that distracted the ship and a couple of Neptunes was able to make contact with the Russ flag ship. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2022/04/14/10/56604169-10717065-image-a-30_1649928392817.jpg)

Don't underestimate the Ukrainians. Their homemade drones were designed by native hobbyists. Saw one yesterday that could carry 6 mortars and drop them one at a time on Russian tanks. One drone took out three hidden tanks. The T-90 tanks were never designed to withstand a attack from above and that is where their thinnest armor is. Not only are the tanks being destroyed, but their crews inside are dying as well.

The news says Russia may have lost a couple of nukes that were on the boat that got sunk. You would think that they had enough sense to move them before it went down but with the way they are handling everything else I'm not so sure. One thing about it, it will make for a good adventure movie one day over who gets there first and how.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

i predicted bad things would happen to russian ships when they hit the black sea northern coast. the russian navy has NEVER been world class. sure, they have boomers that supposedly can launch nuclear icbms, but who knows about maintenance? shoot, even the argentines gave british ships fits with french exocet missiles in the falklands.

Moose and squirrel are helping Ukraine forces. Boris and Natasha better look out Good ol' Rocky and Bullwinkle. Russian "media" is already saying that WWIII has started. They have to be extremely pissed to lose that ship. I think it cost about $750 million to build. Plus there's about 500 sailors that don't have a boat anymore.

I read that the Ukrainians knew the capabilities of the ships threat assessment radar. It sent enough drones to one side out far enough to keep them from being shot down. The ships computers were all watching the drones and were overwhelmed and did not see the missile coming in from the opposite direction.
I love my country, but don't trust my government.

Great job by the Ukrainians. I hope our boys in green and blue are watching and learning.

All I can say is: since the 2014 Crimea fiasco, the Ukrainians have been trained by a top tier force, to SPECIFICALLY fight the exact type of conflict they are now involved in, against this specific adversary, their weapons, and their tactics. Since 2014, Ukraine has bolstered its military strength to take advantage of the training at a service-wide level. I don’t think Russia has had this same approach as Ukraine has, since 2014.

It would appear the Green Berets have done a hell of a job training those guys.

I still don't know what to think. Seems we were brain washed that Russians were our equivalent on technology. Their provoked offense on a supposedly weaker unprovoked country is extremely slow. I smell chum in the water, or a good ole corn pile.

I've watched this tank clip several times. I keep hearing that Russian billionaire from 2012 talking about the Anton plane "it's Russian, huh" https://twitter.com/CanadianUkrain1/status/1517954189405609984Here's the "it's Russian" clip https://youtu.be/gQmO2J52FRMAnd I'm pretty sure the Russians tore that plane up during their invasion
