Just wanted to pass on the word we will be processing deer this fall with specialty cuts and smoked items, if you like Weaver's, you will love our products! Conveniently located 11 miles east of Huntsville right on Hwy 72 w/ 24 hour drop off. We are looking forward to this fall!

Cut would be like backstraps, burger, cube steaks, shoulders, etc. However you want it done. It's the standard processing stuff. Then specialty would be the smoked items.

Everybody that we've let try it so far thinks so. I like the snack sticks because it's convenient and you don't have to thaw out as much.

Go easy on the sausage with cheese and peppers......I spent all morning in the football huddle stance after bellying up on some I got from a processor in mccalla......goodness!!!! As previously mentioned in another thread, they use the jalepenos that get exponentially hotter after you swallow them. Thankfully I hunted a creek crossing that morning.
Give me bout 15 more minutes, I was dreamin about beavers..........
