Has anybody had to put an AC condenser on there Silverado? I'm having a hard time finding vacuum fittings for the 1234yf system. I can put the condenser in but I need to charge the system after it's in and I don't want anything to do with taking it to the factory

A 17 model should be R134 in a Silverado. Check the A/C decal under the hood to verify. Any O'rielly's or Auto zone should have the O- rings.

Negative 1234yf come on man that's the first thing I did I stand corrected. I just walked out on the floor and checked a 16 and it was 1234 . I knew it was somewhere close when they made the swap. By the way I hate most everything 1234. It's high dollar freon and doesn't cool that well. The machines are a pain to use.. I could go on and on. But anyhow. Any local chain store should have what your looking for.

When it first came out a 20 pound canister to fill our machine was well over 1k And yes, thee was a transition period there.

I have been to most stores and none have any 1234yf. frak Chevrolet this is the last one I will ever own It's just 2 rubber 0 rings isn't it ? Or is \the aluminum ring with the rubber built in ? If you were closer I'd give you some. But normally Orielly's here can resupply any of my ac 0 rings on the spot. But hey it's 2022

Good luck jake.
I think I see the issue now. Your couplings to charge the 1234 system are for 134 and you need and your hooking up to 1234 ? I can see why no one would have those if that's the case. Hope you get it fixed
