Creekside BBQ in Pelham has one of the best sauces I have had. I dont know if you can findbit in a store yet but stop by for lunch and try it out

12-15yrs ago the best sauce on the shelf was Kraft HOT. For some reason they changed the recipe and added a ton of molasses to the mix and changed the entire flavor profile.
If I don’t have time to mix up a sauce I’ll reach for the SBR’s or Stubb’s. I need some of this 5 finger Black sauce though.

Archibalds is my go to. I buy it by the gallon. It works with pork or chicken. Dreamland is good too but their ribs are crap. They cook them too quickly. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/zq7ZygP.png)

Sumpter with the professional grade unit Thats the smoker for Heretoserve. Its a disaster relief ministry I am a member of. We go to places after hurricanes and tornados. We are a small group of about 6-7 guys but we have a really good setup. We can usually provide 1000-1200 meals a day (lunch and dinner). I use a recipe I had for cooking KCBS competitions. It was my “base” recipe and was adjusted depending on the flavor profile I wanted to achieve.’I came up with a few unique flavors at different times that worked well for the judges but also a couple that bombed. I like a vinegar sauce but you better not serve one up to a KCBS judge. Worst scores I ever got. There is no single sauce that is perfect for everything. All KCBS judges want is sweet. The sweeter the better. I don’t like sweet BBQ sauce. I prefer vinegar sauce.
