Thats the smoker for Heretoserve. Its a disaster relief ministry I am a member of. We go to places after hurricanes and tornados. We are a small group of about 6-7 guys but we have a really good setup. We can usually provide 1000-1200 meals a day (lunch and dinner). We will travel anywhere that is less than 6 hours away.
