I'm set up on one I roosted last night. Hoping hess gobbling this am. Had him come a long way . I did a fly up cackle or two and he roosted real close. I think he thinks he's going to get some tail this am. Close to my neighbors line though and they're out hooting right now. No answer yet. Hopefully they will move on.

In Perry co. Had 3 diff bird gobbling good from 6:10-7. Heard 49 gobbles between the 3. I went after the 1 that was most consistent. Well guys I chose wrong. The girls took him away and silence then then. Still a great morning though.

Had one gobble twice - at least he was on my property - usually in Clarke they gone by now to neighbor- positive Thank goodness I have a lease down the road from our property that has birds the 1st part of season. Our main piece will not have single track on it till the 1st week of April. Like clockwork I got my 1st turkey pic yesterday morning on that property since January.

they are tearing it up behind the house right now. Gobbling at everything that makes a loud noise. Except my owl hoots. Those are perfect and that's why they respond.

I heard one bird gobble 4x around 730. He was a long way off but I headed to him. Never heard him again. I gave it til 10am.
