I couldn’t tell you the brand, but when I was about 14 years old, me and a friend of mine found a six pack out in the woods one July where I guess some older boys, that lived in the neighborhood, had left it. It was as hot as hot could be and we sat there and drank one apiece. It had done turned bad but we didn’t know any better on what it was supposed to taste like. After that one, every cold beer I ever drank after that tasted pretty good.
If voting made any difference, they wouldn’t let us do it.-Mark Twain

Mrs. Irish has always been a wine drinker, always hated beer, but then she tried sour beers and she likes them some of them taste just like white wine.

I was in college and we had Oakley Hill play the front porch of somebody's fraternity house one Friday afternoon They were supposed to play for 3 hours, and there were so many people having a good time that after 3 hours we passed the hat and collected enough so they stayed another couple of hours. Meantime, we'd not only finished the kegs we'd bought for the party, but we bought every keg in the area that wasn't already reserved for the weekend. The local store had 6-8 cases of a beer called "Players", which as I recall was an early effort at light beer from Miller Brewing. We had at least a hundred people there, already well liquored up, and it was undrinkable.
Other than that, in school, we drank a pile of Falstaff returnables. Tasted like soap. There was a store on Birmingport road at Short Creek road, near Birmingport. It was a little bitty concrete block building, where the Citgo is now. They had beer brands I've never seen before or since in AL. Weideman, Hamm's, Iron City. I didn't ask where they got it. They didn't ask how old I was. Worked fine

Funny how Pabst Blue Ribbon has made a comeback with hipsters.
My older brother, the crusty old carpenter guy, loves that stuff. Drinks at least a 6 pack or more every day.

My dad used to stockpile Hamms and Olympia beer when it was on sale locally. My buddies and I used to take cases of Hamms from his stockpile in the garage as teenagers and drink the fire out of it. Worked great until we forgot to replenish his stockpile

I'll drink a glass of white wine on occasion, but not a sour beer. I brought home a high class 4 pack of it once, thinking it was a good ipa. It was an imperial sour. I gave it away to the young kids at the office.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??
