Or managers or anyone else that sells goods/products to the public. Have y’all seen a drop in customers or clients since inflation started getting way out of hand?

No drop in customers, they are paying more and tipping more than ever before.
We sell a service not a product so may be different elsewhere.

We have been wide open for 2 yrs. The past 3-4 weeks have been overwhelming. No sign of it letting up.

I've increased my prices just a bit to cover all the inflationary costs and my customers haven't had any problem. I'm at max capacity with what I can handle.

I wish I could get inventory. My last boat was listed 15 minutes.

I've seen around a 10% decrease in the last 60 days in my merchants revenues. I haven't gone into the numbers yet to find out what industries are being affected the most. My portfolio includes many auto repair and hardware stores but I've got a sampling of just about every retail business there is, including gas stations and restaurants. I'll look at it this month if revenue is still down.

It’s overwhelming right now. You can tell certain clients are being precautionary, but there’s so much other work to fill in any type of void.

I provide services, we increased prices $25 across the board. Still had a record month during what is generally the slower season.

I’m seeing record gross sales numbers, GP growth, and people are paying on time. We are having to work twice as hard keeping inventory and having product is the key for us in today’s market.

We have been wide open for 2 yrs. The past 3-4 weeks have been overwhelming. No sign of it letting up. My wife and I own a retail business. Despite what the state/federal gov'ts tried to do to us and despite what the Jefferson County Health Commissar tried to do to us, business is booming and showing no signs of letting up. We set new sales records every month. I've been saying it has to slow down at some point, but it hasn't yet. The COVID shutdowns affected our big box competitors more than us.

I own a small plastics business. Business is good now but down from the peak of covid. I built a ton of sneeze guards. Supply chain issues has effected me. Some items are harder to get and delivery is unpredictable.

And this is why the economy is not in shambles as some will lead you to believe. The main reason, low employment is the main factor. As long as people have jobs, they will continue to buy. If we are in this same boat next year at the same time... I think we will be in good shape. Supply chain issues should be resolved by then.

I'm in the services business and it is doing very well. I'm leaving my job of 34 years to do it full-time this week.

Glad to hear business is booming for most of y’all. A friend, who has his own business, has more than he can handle. He’s a licensed electrician. He has no problem finding work but has issues with finding supplies regularly. He may have to go to several different places to get the material he needs to do a particular job where as a few years ago he could do the one stop shop deal.
