I'm not simply trying to split hairs. Someone who has SOME belief and is seeking Truth is not an Unbeliever. The Biblical example is in Mark 9:24 - "Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, “I believe; help my unbelief!” Church IS for only Believers. Church is an assembly of Believers who have a personal relationship with Jesus. Look at the beginnings of the church in Acts. It was growing rapidly not because non-believers were showing up but because the converted were joining the assembly of believers. Our job, as part of the Great Commision, is to spread the Gospel in all the lands...not just invite someone to church in hopes that the Pastor will get to them through his message

I agree that we have a duty to spread the gospel, but there is no scale of belief. You’re either a follower of Christ and are living your life for Him, or you aren’t.
