Well 3 gobbling on the roost yesterday and nothing this morning. Walked back to the house and one gobbled once behind the house on the ground. Wouldn’t answer so I’m heading to work

2 birds gobbled good from about 620-645 or so, but one was across the river and the other was DEEP on a neighboring property and I didn’t wear my running shoes. Once they hit the ground.....*silence*

Heard 3 different birds so far. The one we set up on had 2 hens and couldn’t ever get them mad enough to commit.

Had a bobcat come in fast behind me. Spun around to see what it was and he took off like a flash. Besides that just a bunch of woodpeckers. Fun morning though.

Heard 5 so far 2 burned it up once they hit the ground. Had one close twice but couldn’t get a shot. 1st time I would have killed him and hens with him.

Good Bird down at 730 am. Had four going. Called three right to me . Only two left.
Took me 45 minutes to carry him out. 9 inch beard, 1 inch spurs. Ill post pics when my old butt recovers from that long walk.
