Been here for a couple of hours. Haven’t seen a thing. This will be my sons last hunt of the year more than likely. Might be mine too. Trying to figure out if I want to try my hand at it tomorrow.

Here on a ridge watching the backside of a thicket that’s on top of another ridge. Hoot owls are talking and the creek below me is babbling. Kinda peaceful.

Wanted to hunt my buck field in Clarke - hd some decent deer daylighting - wind got squirrly before I left - switched to Wilcox county and my sent proof box - doe patrol r one of my last shooters w my bow

Few minutes after legal I was about to get down and a cow horn abs doe came in - really want to take another doe there but as soon as I go outlaw and pop her w my bow she will probably hav nubs - I just eased out
