Safety in my shop is top priority, and matters before anything else. I have a couple of my best employees that are very confident in their abilities, and are subject to try some cowboy crap. I tell them every morning lets work safe and no cowboy stuff. Got a garage door company coming to repair an automatic bay door, because one cable is loose, still works but I locked it so they can’t use it, I also had the electrician unwire the motor, because the cowboys will try and use it.
