Sorry jwalker , we all done it ; doesn’t make you feel any better but at least you didn’t gut shoot him or booger him up . Maybe you’ll get another chance . It all worked out for the best. I dont think i scared him too bad. He will do it again. It was fun though. I said on here the other day "i dont miss much", ill eat that now. I knew better than to say something like that. My uncle shot at that deer a couple weeks ago and missed. He just turned and walked off that time too. Lucky deer

We all miss some JWalker - I hv missed more than my share - a few mounters!! Still stings - double check that scope though My gun fell over in the safe yesterday and bumped the scope a little. Its possible its off. I think i just missed. It all just went too easy. Those are the kind i screw up. Ill check my scope tomorrow

I was walking out at 535 cuz I like to see on way out, i heard one walking away n I grunted twice and he came right to me but paused for 10 mins n I couldn't ever pick him up in woods I left then he did

I saw a really nice 8 point and about 15 does this afternoon. Buck was chasing and grunting all over the place. I probably would've shot him but I had a hunter out for the CCA fundraiser deer hunt and really couldn't fool with the deer. Fun hunt nonetheless. My hunter killed a small 8 and a doe so they were on their feet

Got off work early yesterday afternoon and decided to take my time headed to deer camp instead of rushing to get there in time for an afternoon hunt. Checked cameras today and there was a big mature 8 point in my field at 5pm
