In for the afternoon. Sitting on a 4 acre pasture, half planted and other half about grown up about 2.5 feet to make them feel secure. They’ll stick out 6’ high in this shooting house though

Let one walk a few hours ago I’ll probably regret. Nice solid 8. Long g2s over 10 inches. Chased a doe around me for over an hour. Just wasn’t big enough to make me want to shoot. Probably 4 years old.

I stayed home this morning with my son. And decided to come on to the farm this afternoon. First, I went on a walk with my shotgun. Got in the thick stuff with them sage grass and cedar trees. Got within 15 yards of a couple. But could not tell what they were and no clear shot. Still fun to get in there amungt em. Then I Decided to bring a folding chair and plop in the woods where no one has been since October. I know they are in here should be a good afternoon
