This shooting house is the same way.
It’s on a high ridge in a clearcut.
The legs are cemented 2 feet in the ground and the staircase acts as a support, but this wind has it rocking.
I feel like I’m just a 200 pound anchor.

Got in ladder stand at 2:45. Had 2 does and a Quailman special come thru within 10 minutes. Heard him grunt twice. This wind is brutal. Hopefully is settles a bit before dark

Nothing in the field here. It so windy that the dove going to the feeder have to land short and walk in. Crazy.

I'd take anything like that one...If nothing else just to build a pile of em, I like horns 🙂

Yep. All of the above. If it’s still fresh you can also “strap and release” the body. I got a nice one last year in Prattville where McQueen Smith meets 31.

If I wasn’t on my way to work I would have tried to salvage what I could.

This is a big 6pt im wanting to rid the world of. He has done this to me twice this week. I can tell hes in the woods by how the does are acting. I left a few minutes early today because i knew he was there. Had plans to take the wife out to eat and i knew he was about to mess them up. Well, ive got a few more days to get him.
