Thank you, but I am retired now and hunt, play, and take it easy. There is no way I would want to be involved in LE today. This is just a milestone for me in what was my career, albeit a sad one. Another one I recall was the first murder I responded to in 1986 when a man was shot across the street from the police department and ran and collapsed on the PD front steps. My partner asked him "Who shot you?" and he just looked and responded "It don't matter, I'm going to die anyways." He was right and the murderer was caught, convicted and served his full sentence. The milestone was that before I retired I had to arrest him for another murder he committed.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
