I looked at all of them....settled on YoutubeTV. When YTTV had their little spat with ABC/ESPN, I was looking for other options "just in case" and I think Hulu was the one I'd decided would be Plan B. Didn't have to make the switch though. I honestly don't remember why I chose YTTV over Hulu though.
My recommendation is to look at the channel listings each one offers and pick whichever one has the channels you want. Most of them are going to be pretty similar in terms of picture quality, streaming quality, etc. Those will be more dependent on your internet.
