Do you profit from being the leaseholder? In other words do you get a free membership and or pay yourself for the trouble of being the leaseholder and running your club?
Most of the clubs I have been in the board gets a discounted rate. I can tell you without hesitation that our club president and board members pay the same as regular members. Most have chipped in here and there to cover something the club needs without having to assess the members. I'm on the board at our club and by the time I pay for electricity/water and lot fee for the camper and my dues I'm well north of 3 grand. If I decide to put a feeder or 2 out and keep it filled I'm getting close to 4.
