needs to set the record straight "over yonder". It's a lot of trouble for me to sneak in the back door just to watch all my trouble go down the drain when I go there to tell the truth.

FACTS:

While the Second Amendment gives federal protection for our right to bear arms, the Constitution that created our state government including the office of legislator, governor and sheriff excepts our right to bear arms "out of the general powers of government and shall forever remain inviolate".

Bobby Timmons ain't no sheriff. He's a former legislator who is now a lobbyist for the sheriff's association. He took the oath of office required by our state Constitution, but he lied when he took that official oath. That's a class C felony.

Sam Cochran is a sheriff. He took the oath of office required by the same state Constitution that created the office of sheriff. He lied when he took that official oath. He openly opposes our state's Declaration of Rights instead of supporting it like he swore to do. That's a class C felony.

Jawbone violated his official oath of office when he supported pistol permit laws instead of our Declaration of Rights. That's a class C felony.

I confronted Timmons and Cochran in person about their violation of their official oaths when they were opposing SB286 back in 2013. That's right. SB286 was a 2013 gun control bill. It originally proposed an end to pistol permits, but Ed Henry, a felon pardoned by Trump recently, turned it into the biggest gun control bill in Alabama's history with the help of Mickey Hammons, Mike Hubbard, Robert Bentley and Kay Ivey among all the other felons who violated their oath to support our Declaration of Rights.

They don't allow me to tell the truth "over yonder" without getting banned. Somebody needs to set the record straight though. It's a shame when people who hold an office of trust say they support the Second Amendment while openly opposing our Declaration of Rights in the Constitution that created the very office they hold and they aren't confronted with their crime.

If Eddie feels so strongly about it then Eddie should take it to court instead of cluttering up message boards.

Well tell that stupid SOB to come and arrest me. I'll be waiting. His damn reading comprehension is so screwed up he can't tell friend from foe.

I enjoy reading his FOIA requests for the game violators. He’d chase a rabbit down a hole but I always found his logic interesting even if I didn’t agree with it.

That's right Skinny and if he thinks I've broken a law then he needs to go sign a warrant.

I had an account “over there” but never posted and ended up deleting it or signing out, I can’t remember. If they took out all the crying posts about Aldeer, some from some folks that really surprised me, they’d really clear up the forum.

As with any other voter, LEO's have the right to agree or disagree with any pending legislation. They are not violating their Oath of Office by publicly stating their opposition to eliminating the conceal carry permit.

Or it might be looked at like this: so you have a friend and he dies. But theres this place where you can go and still see him now and then, but for some reason, its just not like it used to be. Your friend is a little different there. The same friend but different. Well, there is a place like that. Its kinda like the movie "Pet Cemetery", but not exactly.

Sounds more like the movie Field of Dreams that you're describing.

Thats another way to look at it. It does seem to be the "allstars" over there.

Well, if they are worried about losing funds, they can model their law enforcement after the city of Brookside.

I was gonna post a link and searched brookside finding this post. Finally John Archibald puts something on AL.com worth reading. That town is to be avoided if at all possible. Apparently, that doesn’t even work either.

If you haven't read the Brookside story, do so. It should make your blood boil about government overreach, bullies, intimidation and "because we can."
