I eat a lot of wild mushrooms. I love to eat and gather a lot of chanterelles, oysters, honeys, black trumpets, puffballs, chicken of the woods, lion's mane and boletes mostly. I'm in southern Alabama and we have the biggest variety of edible wild mushrooms in my area. If there is a big flushing of them during the year, I dry them and store in airtight jars for later use.
