Almost there. About to stop in Port St Joe for a burger and then the work begins. We’re hoping to get all the gear across the pass in two boat trips this year but we’ll see how that goes.

Good luck. I've done a lot of tarpon fishing right there. Plenty of bass and bream in the freshwater lakes on St. Vincent as well.

May well be a adventure of a life time.

If I mounted my trailer spare tire like that, I’d rip it of in a heartbeat.

Good luck

Looks like a great trip, was down there in the summer many years ago and a few thermacells would be worth their weight in gold in some areas out of the breeze

Rode five miles on the bikes scouting this afternoon. I think we should have some jam up spots picked out for tomorrow. It’s weird seeing scrapes in sand.

Supper tonight is deer meat tacos with bell pepper and onion. Going to scarf these down, sit by the fire for an hour or so and then hit the sack.

Great thread guys. When I was a younger guy we did a lot of pick up and g and live out of a camp and hunt. Too old for it nw but love watching Yall. Good luck and post photos of your camp, bikes, scrapes in sand etc so we can get a feel of what it is totally like. Thanks fr sharing Yall.
