Hearing Williams tore his acl and mcl. That’s going to be a tough rehab.
All the plyometrics and squats these guys do is causing the knee injuries. It’s not the turf. It sure looked like it hurt but it was good to see him walk off the field. Didnt seem to be limping too bad going into the locker room. Maybe its not too bad.

Ran the ball like 9 or 10 times in a row against Cincy and imposed their will on them...Then first and goal bryce flicks a little bullcrap pass out there and we score.....  After that it was all over with......We made it look EASY.....EASY....

I talked to an orthopedic surgeon about these knee injuries. People blame the turf. These are caused by the off-season workout programs. The box jumps and leg presses aren’t monitored. Those “explosion” drills they do, on top of the weight lifting makes the tendons in the knees like a rubber band. The tendon has no leverage East or west after 2 or 3 years of being strengthened for explosion at the snap of the ball.
This is why Tom Brady hasn’t done lower body weight training in 8 years.

I talked to an orthopedic surgeon about these knee injuries. People blame the turf. These are caused by the off-season workout programs. The box jumps and leg presses aren’t monitored.
