Would probably choose golf. I am a pretty good player and know and play with some really good players. However, the gap between there and the players on tour is astronomical.

Fishing. It’s amazing how those guys can consistently put big fish in the boat on almost any lake.

I would think that most professional athletes would beat average people at their sport 99% of the time. There is always that "any given Sunday" rule where someone can be beat but not consistently.

All of em. The level of training and god giving ability most of the pros have the rest of us can't compare.

A sprinter in track. You are either born with super fast twitched muscle fibers or not. Trying to hit a 90 plus mph baseball is pretty difficult for the average joe.

Basketball. You have to have such extreme endurance and a skill set that is good at practically everything to
do with athleticism. The journey from the local courts to the pro leagues are such astronomical odds that
everything has to fall into place for one to make it.

Having been a golf addict at one time, I would have to say as far as mainstream sports, it would have to be golf. The chasm between really good scratch golfers, and guys who regularly win on the tour is a very large gap.

Regarding other sports, I would say that there are several extreme sports such as Free Climbing, where the few folks who are very good at it, as so far advanced of other people that the gap is insurmountable. The very idea of climbing a 1000 foot shear rock cliff with nothing but a bag of chalk and huge pair of balls is inconceivable to me, yet there a people who do it.

All of them 😂……but seriously …..I remember watching pros vs joes when it used to come on…..they had some bigger names on there and some decent athletes competing against the pros….i remember Vick being on there doing some football stuff etc….some guys could half way hold their own in areas….but the most lopsided area and sport i remember was trying to get a rebound on Dennis Rodman 😂……it literally was childs play……he was trying like maybe 20 percent and they couldn’t move him the least bit….the size and agility of someone like that was nearly impossible to overcome and he wasn’t trying in the least bit

Seriously all of them. The gap between pros and joes is so big it’s not even really fair to compare the two.
