I have to ask. Is that your fence or the neighbors? I always look at your posts and wonder. Usually the cross members are on the inside of a fence indicating that you are on the outside of the fence. Also I see the new fence board. Was that from slaying too many fish, it just wore out? Also if f that is the neighbors fence who replaced the board?

IF the boards are on the outside of the fence how would you replace them without getting on you neighbors property, I considered the fence mine since she replaced her other sides and did not bother to do the side between us, so i replaced the fence.
