good read, this is why you need a catch dog or two. It'll cut down on all that walking and swimming smile

So much potential in this thread. Unfortunately the story line has not kept up with it.

I'll be the pot stirrer 😁 Shure sounds like a deer may have lived without a dog chasing across the county and drowning. At what point do you cross the ethics line?

every now and then you gotta make an example out of one of them deer. Sick the dogs on them, choke them down with a dog leash, stab em, rub the blood on your face or what have you. That way all the forest critters know what will happen to them if they don't send out a sacrificial buck.

I can tell you this much I know you are just stirring the pot but if that little short legged Kopov can bay the deer he must have been hurting pretty good.

It isn't necessary to see a good tackle...you can hear it.

He's a true innovator. From his cutting edge greenfield/weed farming techniques, to this newly developed, anti-coyote deer protection recovery process, CNC is always "thinking out of the box". There's not telling what he could come up with and do if he could find a way to link up with Wild Bill and his investors and get some serious R&D money.

Something FISHY about this story. Standing on a lake shore watching a deer swim in several circles and no one took out a phone to video or snap a pic??? (FISHY- see what I did there) As the guvner says, “hmmmmm”.

In another page or two we will get the “we drug that deer out of 20’ of water onto the bank. Otis grabbed ahold of his leg and started pulling it, just like we have been doing yours”.

That would be classic!
