Had one in early to mid 80s while in high school. I used to trim it up every once in awhile and would sport a rat tail until it all grew back.
My dad got mad as a hornet one day at me and grabbed that Ol rat tail hard and about bent my back backwards. I never sported that rat tail again, he hated it.
