He was locked down on a doe. She’d move, and he would shadow her, then just stand there and watch. Neither was in a hurry. Jefferson county.

Great pic, AU. Love to see those kiddos after em!

In spite of the heat, had multiple rack bucks moving around in daylight last couple days. Not a lot of fun to hunt in, but if traditionally your rut is now, get in the woods!

Yes, we like to use limbs from artificial Christmas trees on our shooting house windows…they last forever and can be bent to the shape you want. It works very well
