I got a wooden skewer impaled through the bottom of my foot. Just got done having my son pull it out with pair of needle nose pliers. It went in 3” deep and at an angle. Merry Christmas to me. 🤦🏿 Dang Matt, hope you are okay. Up to date on your tetanus shot? We had to postpone our Christmas gathering on my side of the family for a couple of weeks. My oldest daughters husband came down with the Covid on Tuesday of this week so we put off our get together for a short time. We are having a little Christmas get together for my wife's side of the family tonight. Might get a little something there. I generally get the things I want or need throughout the year, same with my wife.

New battery for the wife's Yukon yesterday...sheesh. Had to cancel travel due to fears about covid exposure (not our fears), so spending Christmas at home with the kids for the first time Ever. Which is kinda nice...actually. Postponing family get together until MLK Day.
Turkey the in the smoker, kids banging around the house with their toys. Kinda neat...

I guess I have been a bad fella' this year as I have 2 calves missing today. Fixing to ride across the farms next to me and see if I can find em'. I may be out tonight with a spotlight looking for eyes to see if I can find them-at least it is warm and I cant find a hole in the fences no where. Coyotes have been on a tear here lately and they may have made themselves a meal.
Matt-tell the boys on the Fennell Farm I am not trespassing! I talked to Darrel Wayne earlier about looking for them on him and he said have at it. No telling where they are, if they are still alive. Green and brown Honda four wheelers and a John Deere Gator.
