I’m hunting some water oaks next to a this overgrown pasture. Had a herd of cows follow me down the line on the way in.
I hate hunting in the evening. Just couldn’t find anything else to do and used a vacation day today.

Congrats BCbama and AUdeer - 2 fine deer - good pics

I At my bow only spot - my camera been down on the spot for weeks except for road cams. Only had few mature here on camera early season - one really old - need to take bunch of does here - can easily see 12-15 doe a sit w not bucks - did see 2 different young bucks in last 2 hunts and I hav a 4 year old that will be stud next year if I can hold off - Saw my worst mature buck early season twice here - ain’t seen him since - should hav shot him - May just shoot doe today - not feeling that great about bow spot due to pressure - wind not great for most of my areas in my other lease

Good luck guys

Just smoked a doe - from what I could tell - think Arrow hit her good

I got a qbeam lite - think I May just hunt till dark then go get her - will give her plenty time to die if hit was more marginal than I thought

Wow, great deer!

We had a good time. Saw one lone doe but it was pretty far off and she couldn't get the gun steady on the shooting stick and find it in the scope. She got to shoot the rifle at a target some more and she was dead on, so giving her that little confidence boost was good.

I have one cell cam out there on a spin feeder that I rarely get day time pictures. I have one normal camera that I kind of just threw in a random spot on a trail. I brought the card home to check and that thing was LOADED with day time pictures. Like every other day rofl Wish I had a card checker so I could have seen it and moved the cell cam to that spot. Guess I know where I need to be hunting now...It's only 40 acres so its not like there are that many options, but most of it is pretty thick so getting set up in the right spot is important;

I’m back on a food plot this afternoon. I’ve got two good bucks on camera in here that are pretty regular (in the dark). It’s time for one to step out in the daylight!!! Good luck, everyone!!!

Done with work until around January 3rd. Much needed time in a tree for the next few days. My first time behind the trigger at the farm all year. Literally get into the ladder stand and there’s two dogs in the greenfield. Feels like a good evening otherwise.

Good looking spot Joe. Youre gona get hot hunting between tomorrow and jan 3. Coldest three days we e had this hunting season and me and the boy have been out of town. Soon as we get back home, temps rise 30°. Maybe were causing global warming

In a ladder stand watching old food plot with feeder on it. Hunting my buddy’s place on Styx river in Baldwin county, this little place is strictly meat hunting. Just hoping for something with a heartbeat.
