Just heard my Dad shoot about half a mile east of me!!! He had an 8 point come out in a big field and the deer wasn’t going to stick around long. Dad said the deer had good tines, but not real wide…the deer mule kicked and ran into the pines. Sounds like Dad got him

Beautiful AM, smoked a coyote early, then had a spike and a 4 point come in and make rubs. Should be good when the sun comes up too.
I’m wanting a big sow to show up really most of all!

Small 6 point just came up the road from downwind of me…He got up to 40 yards and knew something wasn’t quite right. He eased on across the road

16 yo sister has been dying to try hunting deer (she’s shot squirrels with me) so we’re out here. She was born with one arm so figuring that out was a challenge but she’s shot pretty good with a shooting stick. It’s been a lot easier than figuring out fishing for her, which she loves more than anything.
Anything legal gets shot today Good luck to her. Hopefully a big one will step out for her ×2! Heck yea hope anything good happens That’s awesome!! Tell her we are all rooting for her

Going to try to hunt this evening - May just put more pressure on Wilcox county cause wind ain’t quit right for my best spots in Clarke - will b right for Camden bow spot - May shoot doe - got way too many there.
