He’ll fit in great at Jacksonville State or UAB. He’s not a SEC quarterback

Bo Nix has some raw talent but is way too immature to ever be developed no matter who the coach is. Been an Auburn fan my entire life and gotta say I'm not sad to see him go at all. He can go and take all his childish temper tantrums/pouting with him. You see fans do stupid things all the time, but seeing this idiot do them on the sidelines was more than a lot of folks could bear. (Waving bye to the Bama kid that got ejected for targeting for an example) I just hope it was the coaching staff that told him to hit the road.

And as a JSU grad, I hope he stays the hell away from there. They deserve better.

Harson needs to clean house with the “entitlement players” on the team. And Nix is the poster child. There will be plenty of talented quarterbacks in the portal for Auburn to get for next season. But first recruit the ones that are best suited for your offense and grow from there.

Holcomb I agree with your statements. Watching him walk to the other end of the sideline and pout by himself when he got benched against Ga State was very immature and told me he was all about himself. I have always said he is a great athlete but not an SEC quarterback. I wish him luck and hope it works out for him, but I believe this is best for Auburn in the long run.

Not sure Bo is very receptive to coaching. Never having been coached by anyone other than his dad until he got to college probably did more damage than good.

Bingo. Bo played for his dad. He can’t be coached by anyone else.

Bo Nix wasn’t going to make it to the nfl. He might make it to a practice squad , but that’s doubtful.

Also, I don’t blame him for leaving. He doesn’t have the talent and with auburns offensive line, no QB would want to go through that another year unless they had no other options.

He's a very talented QB and will make it somewhere else now that he has entered the portal or he'll ride the pine. If he'd listen to what coaches are telling him he can have an NFL career. Arm and legs for it, just has bad mechanics rear their head too often. Maybe the lure of millions of dollars can flush those from his system. Being out from Daddy's eye may do wonders for him.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

$100,000 arm and legs (not a million $$ arm because while he does periodically make a great throw, he has shown significant accuracy problems) and a $0.10 head. Brady isnt a tremendously great athlete and Peyton dang sure wasnt but they are/were the best because of the head they have on their shoulders. Nix doesnt have what it takes to be a NFL QB much less an elite one. By the time a QB gets on the field in college, he's probably thrown half a million passes from the time he was 7 or 8 up to his senior year in HS. If you've got accuracy problems when you report to college, you will not get them fixed. You've either got it by that time or you don't. Oh, you'll have better coaches, better play calling and better players around you and you'll learn a whole lot more about defenses, coverages and reads but you've got to be smart enough to take all that apply it in just a split second in live games. Bo has 2 strikes against him right out the gate. He's not consistently accurate and he's got a $0.10 head on his shoulders. Good athletes look great scrambling around and playing backyard football in high school (Gus's offensive scheme) but it becomes a liability in big time college football and an absolute no no in the pros. Throw in the fact that he seems to be uncoachable, a douche bag, and a complete ass to his teammates, and that's strikes three, four, and five against him. IMO, his football career is coming to a quick close. He'll play at a smaller non-SEC school, maybe get picked up as a UDFA, and never make a roster.

Wonder if Tank and Bo end up at the same school? I never thought Tanks was all that special. Not bad but not special. Great name for a running back though!

I’m not an Auburn fan, but I always felt like Tank gave 100% every time. He made a mistake in the Iron Bowl, but I thought he was a high quality RB.

Hopefully it will continue at his new school.
