I had a member tell me to drive to his house. Said I'd be there in 30 minutes. Im pulling up to his house exactly 30min later to receive a text saying come back in 30 minutes basically. I got mad and told him I don't have time for BS and he can keep it. Turns out he is a long time member on here and one of the cool kids in the little group. So I won't say his name but that was dirty to me. God fixed me up the very next day with a much better deal. Funny how that happens. Ive seen that text between you two. Your story doesn’t line up. The fact the “cool kid” hasnt posted said text speaks to his character. Well, I did save the text but he never stirred up a post about it. I met you before. I bought a gun and delivered it to you as a favor. I didn't know you at all but now, I know all I need to know about you. The idiot had me leave me house to come to his house. Right as I'm pulling up 34 minutes later, he texts and tells me to come back in 30 minutes. With no explanation! You run back to your little bitch and tell him that you punk bastard. We made a package deal. You bought a gun and I bought the other. You absolutely went and met the guy and picked up both guns. I paid you $20 for doing me a solid. That b*tch as you called him was one (roadkill was another) that made a difference in my son's life last year. He invited us to his home, taught Caleb and I some hunting techniques, told us the story of every deer on his wall. Later in the week, got us into a wonderful club and shared waypoints and advised us on where to concentrate scouting and successful spots as we joined so late in the year. Most of all prayed for us and lifted me when I didnt think I had the strength. So when he reached out to me and shared yalls text and asked I miss something or misguide him, he was being genuine. But as you did above, you acted the same way toward him.

Since I don’t have the texts anymore, I can only reply from memory. If my memory serves me correctly, I believe you told me you would text me before you left your house. I never received a text saying you were about to leave headed my way, so I thought my asking for another 30 minutes would be ok. I also explained afterwards via text (which you never replied to) that my daughter was about to leave going back to college, which is why I requested the extra 30 minutes to send her off. Since you saved the texts you can go back and read that again. You can also check and see if you didn’t tell me you would text me before you left your house headed my way.
I’ve always tried to treat people right, including you Jake. As I stated in my last text to you that day, it was never my intent to do you wrong in any way. I can assure you I regret ever reaching out to you to begin with. Lesson learned on my part.

I expect somebody will do something like that to me some day, or worse, just to screw with me. My wifes afraid one of yall will beat me up one of these days.  I ain't fightin nobody that swings around in trees with a running chainsaw like Tarzan.

I don't think I've ever met you in person, but I'm pretty sure of one thing after all these years..... If someone doesn't like you, then the problem lies with them, not you. I've met him a couple of times, in fact last week at the range. If anybody can stand to be around me and just be decent that shows a lot.

Update we were set to meet today at noon had any address set and everything and he said this morning he had to fly out for work so I’m done and out of this sale now. Whoever’s next can try there luck …
