Lumber type business in Vance has 80-90 percent of workforce from foreign countries. Made that family wealthy! I think they are from Guatemala. Most of these "mexicans' you see working get paid well and most are taking jobs American's don't want. The expansion of welfare over the last 50 years has diluted the low income American workforce. No one has to work.. in order to eat. Once that is gone.. hard to fill hard labor jobs.
