In a way I hope we start our infamous walk-on QB and he throws a pick 6 on the first series and Kirby finally realizes that JT Daniels is our guy. Michigan loves to run the ball and I just can't see them being successful with that against our front 7. The Bama game was a fluke. I just hope we don't have two flukes in the same month. I have not been vocal at all when it comes to my Dawgs this season. I can relate to the SEC SHORT where the guy is with HOPE. That has been my life with UGA since I was there. At least I got to be there for our Natty, but never thought I would have to wait half a century for another one.

Bama will have no problem with Cincy. This is same team that UGA beat on last second field goal in the bowl game last year with 17 of our starters opting out of the game. So if our second team can beat them, Bama will easily whip them.


The GA staff sees both QBs everyday at practice and trust me when I say, that staff definitely wants to keep their jobs. If Daniels was outplaying Bennett at practice, he'd be the one on the field. I wouldnt get too crazy with the JT Daniels 5 star hype/talk. He was 5-7 at USC playing mostly garbage west coast teams with zero defense. He got injured, got well, got beat out by another flash in the pan freshman, and quickly jumped ship at USC, once he was beat out, thanks to the transfer portal. This year at GA, he only managed to put up 10 points against what everyone later found out to be a "weak as well water" Clemson team. Looking at his "great" stats this year, all his yardage, TD's, and QBR, have come in garbage games against such massive football powerhouses as South Carolina, Vandy, Mizzou, and the perineal FBS playoff team, Charleston Southern. I'm afraid, looking at his overall body of work, that Daniels is a perfect microcosm of this year's GA team. Looks real good on paper, but once you dig deeper, highly overrated. The ole "Looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane" saying comes to mind. IMO, GA will absolutely beat Mich handily, but dont get overly excited, because Mich and their 2021 body of work is even more overrated than GA's. After the big playoff win against Mich, you'll get to watch a repeat of what everyone saw last weekend, only worse, if Bama can get one of their starting RBs healthy for the game. The Bama game was not a fluke, it was reality. And I'll be the first to admit, I had not seen GA play and I too was somewhat believing the GA hype prior to the Bama game too, but not anymore. AU chased Bama's QB all over the backfield all day long and had 7 or 8 sacks. That pressure kept them in the game. Saban is a great coach but he did not completely fix his offensive line problems in just 4 days of practice and a walk through. GA's defense just is not as good, "as advertised" and as we've seen, their offense is not up to the task of putting big numbers up when faced with a decent defense.
