Since I don’t have the texts anymore, I can only reply from memory. If my memory serves me correctly, I believe you told me you would text me before you left your house. I never received a text saying you were about to leave headed my way, so I thought my asking for another 30 minutes would be ok. I also explained afterwards via text (which you never replied to) that my daughter was about to leave going back to college, which is why I requested the extra 30 minutes to send her off. Since you saved the texts you can go back and read that again. You can also check and see if you didn’t tell me you would text me before you left your house headed my way.

I’ve always tried to treat people right, including you Jake. As I stated in my last text to you that day, it was never my intent to do you wrong in any way. I can assure you I regret ever reaching out to you to begin with. Lesson learned on my part.
