Since the mandate was delayed until January and a court has also ruled against it, how are hospitals requiring nurses to be vaccinated by December 5th? I'm hearing about emails being sent out as late as this morning stating this requirement. What am I missing here?

Hospitals suck from the govt tit every day and cannot survive without Medicare. The Dec 5th date is the medicare reimbursement deadline for providers to have their people vaxed so that they can still receive medicare payments from Uncle Joe and his band of merry men. I believe that the medicare vax requirement has also been legally challenged but has yet to be ruled on.

I haven’t heard of a Covid case in months. Ive got a couple friends with it right now. Its still lingering around. Crazy thing is nobody else in their house has it, just them.

The time to file an exemption( yes I did) -medical or religious-, was this past Friday with the Brandon fed requirement stating all us healthworkers had to be jabbed by Jan 4th,2022. I'm hoping and praying that some type of legal injunction will come about before then.

I saw where 2021 number of covid deaths had surpassed 2020. Crazy how we don't hear near as much about all the cases of it this year vs last year, wonder what the difference is?

Come on now, you know that cannot be true. In 2020, we knew nothing about the virus, had no vaccines and no therapeutics to speak of, and now in 2021, we have these "vaccines" that are supposedly so highly effective, that the govt is working to mandate everyone get them (70% of the US population is currently vaxed) yet, there are more deaths in 2021? That simply defies rational logic. It simply cannot be true. We are told daily that the vaccines stop the virus and there is virtually no chance of someone dying that is vaccinated. Are you insinuating that Fauci, the CDC, and the govt are lying about the effectiveness of these miracle vaccines???? The number of recorded cases between 2020 and 2021 are virtually identical yet in 2021 we now have a vaccine. If the vaccine works, how are the case numbers virtually identical and deaths actually more. Hmmmmm.

The mandate that was delayed was for osha. Healthcare is more so mandated by centers for Medicare and Medicaid services (cms). If I were to give someone a shot without their permission I’d be in jail. I don’t see it being overturned for medical folks.

No one was vaccinated for the largest part of 2020. This year most are vaccinated but the infection and mortality rate is higher. Follow the science.

I got it the last day of archery elk (9-26) lol. What's weird is I HAVE NEVER in my life slept more than 6-7hrs a night and since about 6 weeks after having Covid can now sleep for 8 lol. As far as the sickness, dry cough and some minor stuff, nothing near death thankfully. Guy at work, his GF, and 4th grade daughter had it, the 1st grade daughter never showed a single symptom.

daughter in law is a RN at a local hospital. She and about 1/3 of the nurses have refused to take the vaccine. They have until Dec to take it or be layed off. The sad thing is that they have been working a lot of overtime because of the nurse shortage. The hospital told them that if they take it now they will get a $200 dollar bonus. All that did was to piss the other hospital staff off that did take the vaccine. Now They are threatening them to have their license suspended it they do not take it. What a cluster muck this has become.
