Slow here in Pike co. Full moon isn’t helping don’t think. Not any action on cameras since daybreak. I’ve seen nothing and my nephew saw a button.

Some guy in hurtsboro has already threatened to kill a dog clubs deer dogs. This should get good with the ass whipping threads.
I’ve hunted all week so I had no desire to go. There is so much corn on the ground and so many acorns I have no faith in seeing a deer unless someone runs one by me.

Saw a very small buck just inside woodline. Good to have a pair of young eyes with me. Saw him with bare eyes at 250

Got my mind made up to take the first good doe I see. Had a good one walk in within about 5 minutes of sitting down but she had a little one with her and I let her walk. I’ve gotten soft...
