Memorial day weekend I asked for suggestions on where to buy fresh seafood in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. The overwhelming choice was Billy's Seafood. On my way home we went by Billy's and it was exactly what everyone said, great price, great food. If you haven't been there it looks just like bubba gump's. It's awesome.
So we get home and I sealed and froze everything we had bought. Tonight I fixed the grouper filet and it was awesome!! It was better than most fish I have ever ordered while eating out. I can't wait until we go back to the beach over Labor Day and get to stock up again.
