Well found out officially that the truck I put a deposit on is built, but waiting on a chip from Malaysia. My F150 needs a valve body assembly and it’s ordered but no ideas on availability and completion. I’m so damn frustrated I don’t know what to do. Been driving a 2010 Mustang for three weeks and while I love it, I’m tired of not having a truck. Guess I should be thankful I have a car to drive. Nothing better than paying for a truck that’s been in the shop 6 weeks over the past 7 months.


I’m about 🤏🏽 this close 🤏🏽 to having my lawyer send FordMoCo a nasty letter. I had signed online docs for a new King Ranch F250 with the 7.3L and when I got to the stealership to take delivery they had a whole different truck sitting there detailed and waiting on me. Wasn’t the same color, had a different engine, different trim pkg, nowhere near the same options. The truck I thought I had bought nowhere to be found and after searching the VIN turns out it’s sitting in Lexington, waiting on that same chip from Malaysia. 🤦🏽‍♂️
