I’ve worked with people that have more degrees than most on here but they chose to work for Union companies because of the higher pay and better quality of benefits. Like I’ve said before good companies don’t need unions but they’re fewer and fewer good companies. What’s ironic is that it wasn’t but a few months ago that a lot of professions were walking out or talking about walking out due to the Xiden mandates and there were a lot of people supporting these people. If that’s not a Union then I don’t know what is. Unions are formed to achieve a common goal. The company knows what it can afford and the Union knows what it can give up. That’s why it’s called a negotiation. Too long now these large corporations and conglomerate have played the spoiled kid and said I’ll take my ball “factory” and go play in another country. NAFTA and GAT gutted this country because Canada and Mexico are not in the same field as the USA. Free trade is not free trade.
